The Stranger is a Chapter II branch of the Princess. She is found by walking away from the cabin in Chapter I. If she is the first vessel you bring to the Shifting Mound, at the End of Everything, her heart will be the Stranger rather than the Chapter I Princess.

The Stranger has no subsequent forms and no previous form, unlike any other version of the Princess.
